ATHENORIS OG – Atlaspraxis Seeham
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
(1) These general terms and conditions apply to all sessions (individual sessions, sessions for couples, blocks of ten) and to gift vouchers. Your contractual partner is
ATHENORIS OG (“Atlaspraxis Seeham” is an offering of ATHENORIS OG)
Biodorf-Weg 4/12, 5164 Seeham (BioArt Campus), Austria
Telephone: +43 664 911 99 88
Email: office@atlaspraxis.at
Legal form: Offene Gesellschaft (OG, an Austrian general partnership)
Company register number: FN 619612w · Register court: Landesgericht Salzburg (Salzburg Regional Court)
VAT identification number: ATU80227602
Trade: human energetics (freely regulated trade), member of the Wirtschaftskammer Salzburg (Salzburg Chamber of Commerce)
GISA number (Austrian trade register): 37076221
– referred to below as “we”. The sessions are carried out in person by the head of the practice.
(2) The version current when the appointment is arranged applies. You can find it at https://atlaspraxis.at/en/terms and at the practice. We point you to these terms before the appointment is agreed: for appointments by email or message with a link in the appointment confirmation, for appointments by telephone during the call and again in the written confirmation – in each case also to the 24-hour rule and the late-cancellation fee (point 5). On request we confirm any different arrangements by email.
(3) One day a week the practice room is also used by Körperwerk as an independent practice (see “Partners & friends”). These terms do not apply to services provided by Körperwerk; your contractual partner is then Körperwerk alone.
2. What we offer – energetic work, not medical treatment
(1) We offer energetic sessions within the trade of human energetics: gentle work around the atlas (the first cervical vertebra) with fine touch – no adjusting, no sudden movements, no devices. The aim is to support your general well-being and your body’s own balance.
(2) The sessions are not medical treatment and do not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by doctors, psychotherapists or other health professionals. We make no diagnoses, promise no healing or relief and never advise changing therapies or medication prescribed by a doctor.
(3) We work carefully according to the principles of human energetics. We cannot promise a particular result or effect.
(4) Before your first session you receive an information sheet on energetic work (as recommended by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce) and confirm receipt. You can read it in advance as client information (PDF, German).
3. Appointments
(1) You arrange appointments with us in person, by telephone or by email. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the appointment. From then on we keep the time free for you alone.
(2) Your first appointment, including the initial conversation, takes around 70 minutes; each further session takes around 50 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and another appointment follows, your session may be shortened by the length of the delay; the price then stays the same.
(3) For children under 14, a parent or legal guardian consents; children come accompanied by them or by an adult they have authorised. Young people aged 14 and over decide for themselves (sections 170 and 173 of the Austrian Civil Code, ABGB).
4. Prices and payment
(1) The prices shown at atlaspraxis.at/en/fees when the appointment is arranged apply. At present:
- Individual session, adults: EUR 70
- Individual session, students (with valid ID): EUR 50
- Individual session, children and young people up to 18: EUR 35
- Couples rate (per session, two people): EUR 120
- Block of ten (ten individual sessions for adults): EUR 600
- Children up to 10 accompanying a client: free of charge
All prices are final prices in euros including VAT.
(2) You usually pay for individual sessions by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date; you receive the invoice by email or, if you like, printed out. You can also pay in cash on site. You pay for a block of ten in advance when you buy it. You always receive an invoice or a receipt.
(3) In the event of late payment, the statutory rules on default interest (4 per cent per year for consumers) and on reimbursement of necessary reminder costs apply.
5. Cancellations and late-cancellation fee
(1) You can cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it begins – by call, text or message to the telephone number in point 1, or by email to office@atlaspraxis.at. What counts is when your cancellation reaches us.
(2) If you cancel later or do not come without cancelling, we may charge a late-cancellation fee equal to the full session price. This compensates for the time we kept free for you. Anything we save because of the cancellation, or earn by giving the time to someone else, is taken into account.
(3) No late-cancellation fee is payable if
- we were able to give the appointment to someone else, or could have done so with reasonable effort, or
- you were prevented for an important reason beyond your control (for example sudden illness, an accident or a family emergency) and let us know as soon as possible. On request you make the reason credible, for example with a doctor’s note; you do not have to disclose details of an illness.
(4) We may waive the late-cancellation fee in whole or in part as a gesture of goodwill, especially the first time.
(5) If we have to cancel an appointment, we offer you a replacement appointment. Amounts already paid for sessions that did not take place are refunded on request. No further claims arise in that case, except under point 9.
6. Block of ten
(1) A block of ten comprises ten individual sessions at a reduced total price. It is not tied to one person and may be passed on, but not resold commercially.
(2) A block of ten is valid for three years from purchase, because we keep appointments free for sessions paid in advance. At the latest two months before it expires we remind you in writing (for example by email) of the sessions still open. On request we extend it once free of charge by twelve months, and for good reason (for example a longer illness, pregnancy or a stay abroad) for longer.
(3) Nothing lapses: after expiry you receive the residual value – paid out or as credit, as you choose. The residual value is the price paid less the sessions used, valued at the individual price at the time of purchase. (Example: EUR 600 paid, 6 sessions used = 6 × EUR 70 = EUR 420; residual value EUR 180.) If the calculation results in no residual value, we do not ask for anything more.
(4) The same applies if you stop using the block of ten early (for example for health reasons or after a move) or if we cease to practise.
(5) Later price increases do not apply to blocks of ten already bought.
(6) Point 5 applies to cancellations, calculated with the block price of EUR 60 per session: if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand or do not come without cancelling, we deduct one session; it counts as EUR 60 for the residual value.
6a. Gift vouchers
(1) Gift vouchers are for a sum of money. They can be used for all our services (individual sessions, sessions for couples, blocks of ten), including in part; the rest remains as credit.
(2) Gift vouchers have no expiry date. They can be redeemed until the statutory period of 30 years from issue has expired; a date on the voucher is only the date of issue.
(3) Vouchers are not tied to one person and may be given away. They are redeemed on presentation or by giving the code; each amount only once. There is no payment in cash – unless we cease to practise or can otherwise no longer provide the services; we then refund the credit.
(4) Treat vouchers like cash: there is no entitlement to a replacement if a voucher is lost, stolen or damaged. If you can clearly identify the voucher (for example with the receipt showing the code), we may, on request, block it and issue a new one for the credit not yet redeemed.
(5) These terms also apply to sessions you pay for with a voucher, in particular point 5; we may set a late-cancellation fee off against the credit.
6b. Buying vouchers online
(1) On the page atlaspraxis.at/gutscheine (in German) you can buy gift vouchers under point 6a online. You choose an amount between EUR 20 and EUR 500 (in steps of EUR 5 or from the suggested amounts) and a design for the card. Optionally you can state who the voucher is for and from, and add a personal line; these details are printed on the voucher as entered. For the order we need your email address; your name is optional.
(2) How the contract is concluded: Before you send the order you see all details once more in a summary and can change them. By pressing the button “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen” (order with obligation to pay) you make a binding offer and are forwarded to the payment page. The contract is concluded as soon as the payment service provider confirms your payment to us. We confirm the contract with the email that contains the voucher; please keep this email. If no payment is received, no contract is concluded and the order is deleted after 30 days. The contract language is German.
(3) Price and payment: The price of the voucher is the amount you choose; it is also the credit on the voucher. All amounts are final prices in euros including VAT. You pay online via our payment service provider Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands) using the payment methods offered there; you enter your payment details on Mollie’s payment page, and we do not see them (privacy policy, section 11a). We charge no additional fees for payment.
(4) Delivery: Once payment is confirmed you receive the voucher immediately as a PDF – to download on the order page and as an attachment to the confirmation email. The download link in the email remains valid for as long as the voucher is valid. Delivery as a PDF is free of charge. On request we also send you a printed card by post – to addresses in Austria only. If a shipping fee applies, we show it before you buy, when you choose the option and in the summary; otherwise postal delivery is free as well. The card is usually posted within a few working days. The PDF and the printed card are the same voucher with the same code; the credit exists only once.
(5) Withdrawal: For purchases online you have the fourteen-day right of withdrawal under point 8. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded (paragraph 2). The easiest way to withdraw is via the page withdraw from contract; please state the order number from the confirmation email. After withdrawal we block the voucher and refund the amount paid within 14 days using the same means of payment. If the voucher has already been partly redeemed within the period, we refund the credit not yet redeemed; a proportionate amount is payable for services already provided (section 16 FAGG).
(6) Personal lines: You are responsible for the entries “for”, “from” and the personal line. Insulting, discriminatory or unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, and advertising are not permitted. We may refuse an order with such content or block the voucher afterwards; in that case we refund the amount paid using the same means of payment, as far as no credit has been redeemed yet.
(7) Otherwise point 6a applies: vouchers bought online have no expiry date, may be passed on, can be redeemed in part and are not paid out in cash. These terms apply to sessions you pay for with them.
7. Your part and medical clarification
(1) Please tell us anything that may matter for the session – for example a pregnancy, recent operations or injuries in the neck area, or ongoing medical treatment. This information is voluntary and serves only to shape the session with care; we do not assess it medically.
(2) If you have complaints that may be due to an illness, suspect an illness or have acute pain, please see a doctor first. If it is apparent that medical help is needed first, we may decline a session. You then pay nothing, not even a late-cancellation fee, and no session is deducted from a block of ten.
(3) Do not interrupt any medical or therapeutic treatment because of energetic work, and keep taking prescribed medication as prescribed.
(4) We do not gather clinical findings or keep a medical history. We write down information about your well-being only with your separate consent (point 10).
8. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts
(1) If you arrange an appointment in person, by telephone or by email, you have no statutory right of withdrawal under the Austrian Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts (FAGG) – we do not use a system set up for distance selling for this.
(2) If you conclude a contract with us exclusively at a distance through a system set up for that purpose (for example buying vouchers online under point 6b, or a future online booking) and no statutory exception applies, the following holds:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal
period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of
withdrawal, you must inform us (ATHENORIS OG, Atlaspraxis Seeham, Biodorf-Weg 4/12, 5164 Seeham, telephone +43 664 911 99 88, email
office@atlaspraxis.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a
letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the
withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of
withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of
delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than
the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14
days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such
reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly
agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to
begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to
what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full
coverage of the contract.
(3) The right of withdrawal lapses once we have fully provided the service, after you expressly asked us to begin before the period ends and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (section 18(1) no. 1 FAGG). If your appointment falls within the period, we ask you for this statement when booking: “I expressly request that the session take place before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period. I am aware that I lose my right of withdrawal once the session has been fully provided, and that if I withdraw after it has begun but before it is complete, I must pay a proportionate amount.”
(4) Withdrawing online (“withdraw from contract”): from a contract concluded via this website (at present the online purchase of vouchers, point 6b) you can withdraw via the link Withdraw from contract here at the bottom of every page (section 13a FAGG): enter your name, the contract details (for example the order number) and your email address and send them with “Confirm withdrawal”. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. The withdrawal is in time if you send it before the period ends. Letter or email remain possible.
9. Liability
(1) For damage to life, body or health we are liable under the law without limitation, including for slight negligence.
(2) For other damage (damage to property and financial loss) we are liable for intent and gross negligence, not for slight negligence.
(3) We do not take valuables brought along into safekeeping; paragraphs 1 and 2 apply unchanged.
(4) The sessions do not replace medical treatment (point 2). Whether you seek medical help is your own decision; our advice under point 7 and liability under paragraph 1 remain unaffected.
10. Data protection
We process your data (name, contact details, appointments, invoicing data) to organise your appointments, perform the contract and meet legal obligations. We write down information about your well-being only with your separate, explicit consent (form “Data protection information and consent”); without consent it is not recorded. Everything else is set out in the privacy policy (section 10).
11. Law, courts, complaints
(1) Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, its mandatory consumer protection rules continue to protect you.
(2) If you are a consumer whose domicile, habitual residence or place of work is in Austria, we can sue you only before a court in whose district one of these places lies (section 14 KSchG). With businesses we agree on the competent court at our registered office.
(3) We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Please send any concerns or complaints directly to office@atlaspraxis.at – we will gladly look for a solution together with you.
12. Final provisions
(1) If any provision of these terms is invalid, the others remain valid.
(2) Changes apply to new contracts from their publication at https://atlaspraxis.at/en/terms. For existing contracts, such as blocks of ten still running, the version that applied when the contract was concluded continues to apply.
Annex: model withdrawal form (withdrawal form under the FAGG)
