Gentle atlas work in Seeham
As a mother of four, I carry a good many questions with me through life. What is it that carries us – in the body and inwardly? How do we come back into balance when everyday life asks a great deal of us? A love of people and animals, and the pleasure of looking behind the connections of life, led me to several trainings – and in 2015 to a practice of my own. Since 2024 it has been at the BioArt Campus in Seeham.
Since then I have devoted myself to gentle work with the atlas – the first cervical vertebra, which connects the head and the spine. The sessions stand in the tradition of Atlaslogie, a gentle, energetic method of centring the atlas, founded in 1994 by the Swiss practitioner Walter Landis.
I work unhurriedly: fine, gentle touch – no adjusting, no sudden impulses, no devices. I take my time, I listen, and I give the body the space it needs. My clients range from small children to grandparents.
Many people still know my practice under its earlier name, C1-Energetik. Today it is called Atlaspraxis Seeham. The name is new; the work has not changed.

What is human energetics?
In Austria, human energetics is a trade in its own right – a free trade, and not a medical profession. Human energetics accompanies people with energetic methods to strengthen their well-being. They make no diagnoses and they treat no illnesses – that remains with doctors and therapists.
Please note: sessions at Atlaspraxis Seeham do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment and make no promise of healing. As a complement, they can contribute to general well-being.
