The website is new
Autumn
The new website went online today. What you will find on it, what is new – and what does not change.
The new website in one minute
At a glance: The new website has been online since today. New are a blog with posts on the seasons, the practice and Seeham, the newsletter “Post aus Seeham”, an accessibility mode and, soon, gift vouchers to download. Our favourite piece: no cookie banner – and it is fast. My work stays as it is.
Online since today
The new Atlaspraxis Seeham website is here. While building it we had one thing above all in mind: that you quickly find what you need – how a session unfolds, what it costs, how to request an appointment – without having to click your way through anything.
The name stays, the practice stays. Here is what is new, in brief.
What is new
- Faster: The pages have been rebuilt and load noticeably faster than before, on the phone as on the large screen.
- Accessibility mode: A switch at the top of every page sets larger, clear type, strong borders and no motion. Your choice stays saved in your browser.
- Blog: For every season a post with suggestions for everyday life, plus posts about the practice and about Seeham. The first seasonal post appears at the end of October.
- Newsletter “Post aus Seeham”: Roughly every six weeks a short email with the new post, a tip for everyday life and what is happening at the BioArt Campus. Sign up under Newsletter (page in German); you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Gift vouchers soon online: Shortly you will be able to choose gift vouchers on the website and download them straight away as a PDF or order them printed. Until then they are available at the practice as before. More under Gift vouchers (page in German).
- Partners and friends: A page for the businesses and people the practice is connected with: Partners and friends.
- Instagram: The practice is now called @atlaspraxis.seeham there – pictures from everyday life at the practice and notes on new posts.
What stays the same
My work. Every session begins with a conversation; then I work with fine touch at the atlas, the first cervical vertebra on which the head rests – no pressure, no devices. The first appointment, including the conversation, takes around 70 minutes, each further session around 50. How a session unfolds is described under Your visit, the fees under Fees.
Our favourite piece: no cookie banner
There are two things we are particularly proud of. First: there is no cookie banner here. You may simply read, without first clicking “Accept all” somewhere – for reading, this website quite simply needs no cookies. No advertising or counting services from outside companies, no data sold; the visitor statistics run without cookies on our own server. What is stored and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Second: it is fast. The home page appears in just over a second even on a phone, and Google’s measuring tool gives it 98 points out of 100. That is no gimmick – anyone who wants to check quickly on the way when the practice is open should not have to wait.
In its first weeks a new website always still has a few rough edges. If you notice one, I would be glad of a short message.
