I agree that my testimonial may be published on this website under the form of name I have chosen. I know that my text may be shortened for legal reasons and that the shortened version will be sent to me for approval before it is published. I can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future without giving reasons; the testimonial will then be removed from the website within a few days. The lawfulness of publication up to that point remains unaffected. An informal email to the address given in the legal notice is sufficient to withdraw consent.

For publication itself, your consent is the legal basis (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); it can be withdrawn at any time. Without a wish for publication, it is deleted six months after receipt. Nothing appears automatically. What you write here goes to my inbox and nowhere else. It is published only if you expressly wish it to be – and even then only once you have approved the wording that is to appear.

I check the name and the month of the appointment against my appointment book. Feedback without an appointment is not published.

As a human energetics practitioner I am not permitted to reproduce statements about healing, illnesses or the success of a treatment. Passages of that kind I shorten.

Approval

You receive the shortened version. Only once you agree does it appear – with your name shown in the form you have chosen.

You can withdraw your consent at any time and without any particular form; your feedback is then removed within a few days. Nothing is paid for a testimonial, and nothing is given in return.
